This CD is a lot different than Leaving
Through The Window, but it is still one of my favorite albums of
all time. Something Corporate is definitely one of the top bands out there.
This review is coming from a huge SoCo fan.

Down lyrics by Something Corporate Down
Let's get drunk
You can drive us to the harbor
Wish upon a star but
Do you know what stars are?
Balls of fire, burning up the black space
Falling from the landscape
Exploding in the face of God
Let's get crazy,
Talk about our big plans
Places that you're going
Places that I haven't been
Build my walls up
Concrete castle
Keep this kingdom free of hassle, yeah
Yeah
Yeah
I hear sound echo in the emptiness
All around but you can't change this loneliness
Look what you've found, I've fallen down
Taste the saline rolling down your cheekbone
Tell me that you're alone, tell me on the telephone
Feel your heart it breaks within your chest now
Try to get some rest now, sleeps not coming easy for a while, child
Child, yeah
I hear sound echo in the emptiness
All around but you can't change this loneliness
Look what you've found, I've fallen down
Down, down
Down, down
I hear sound echo in the emptiness
All around but you can't change this loneliness
Look what you've found, I've fallen down
Look at what you've found, I'm falling down
Look at what you've found, I'm falling down

1. As You Sleep - (5/5) One
of the best on the CD. I don't understand why people bash this song. It's a
great start to the CD. I never listened to anything but this song for about a
week when my friend lent me this album. Listen

2. Space - (3.5/5) The song that got some people to buy this album. It is
over-rated, but still a solid song.

Real
3. Down - (4/5) One of the best intros to a song ever. It makes me feel so
relaxed. SoCo continues from there though to make a great song.

4. Only Ashes - (4/5) Different from most of SoCo's stuff, but not in a bad
way. Harder song, but still gets the job done.ListenListen
5. Me And The Moon - (5/5) Maybe my favorite on the album. It's got a
somewhat emo message, which I typically hate, but they do it so well. Great
piano. ListenListen
6. The Runaway - (4/5) Solid song, but kinda like a lot of songs on this
album. ListenListen
7. Ruthless - (5/5) Great song with good lyrics. Cool, more upbeat piano. ListenListen
8. She Paints Me Blue - (5/5) Faster piano, yet still a solid, relaxing song.
Great lyrics. ListenListen
9. Break Myself - (4/5) Kinda like 'The Runaway' in my opinion. Another
somewhat emo message, but again, SoCo can pull it off without it being gay.ListenListen
10. I Won't Make You - (5/5) Rivals 'Me And The Moon' for my favorite song on
the CD. There is one line that is way too emo, but I can't discard the song
for one line. This song is amazing and really makes you think.ListenListen
11. 21 And Invincible - (5/5) Very upbeat. No piano in this one...led by
guitar. Easy to relate to, especially for guys. I have these thoughts already
at 18...apparentally there is no changing in the next three years. ListenListen
12. Miss America - (5/5) The last competitor for best on the album. Great
lyrics and a great song. Kinda epic chorus that gives a great close to the
album.ListenListen
Overall, McMahon's voice and piano are the forerunners of this CD. I love
this band and this is their best so far.
