Immediately after hanging, Iraqi television telecasted the scenes relating to Saddam that lead him to the gallows and the scenes of his being hanged. In these scenes, the pictures were moving though they were soundless. After some hours another video film was shown on some select web sites. It was told that a guard present there had taken this video film using his mobile camera. In the second video, there was a horrible scene of the hanging of Saddam but this time around the conversation that took place between the guard present and Saddam were audible. As it is clear that since the last fourteen hundred years, there have been historical differences between the Shiites and the Sunnis, just to keep alive their different existence. These differences are so deep that in some countries, there are violent conflicts between these two sects. America has tried to deepen this difference by hanging Saddam. The Iraqi government had instituted a court of inquiry for the trail of Saddam. There have been reports that during the hearing, Saddam had used foul language for Hazrat Abbas, son of Prophet Ali. It was also reported that because Saddam said so, an Iraqi Shia clerk present in that court beat him up then and there. The surprising aspect of this news is that the judge denied any such happening. Does it not show that such telecasts are done only to increase the gap between the Shiites and the Sunnis? What was the need of hanging Saddam on the Baqr-id day? But by getting hanged him on that day, America laid a plot. Baqr-id is a festival on which Muslims of all sects try to reach Madeena. Among them, the people of the Shia and the Sunni sects perform the Hajj rites together. It was a plot laid by America to make the holy day a bloody one, by allowing the Shiites and the Sunnis to fight and to shed blood on the pious soil of Madeena. But Muslims who were taking part in Hajj ceremony judged it and did not get incited. When the first video issued by the government could not succeed in arousing the conflict between the Shiites and the Sunnis, then after some hours, the second controversial video film reached on the mobile phones of lakhs of people performing the Hajj. Undoubtedly this was the film that was said to have been prepared by an Iraqi guard. It could easily add fuel to the fire of the Shiite and the Sunni controversy. In this video film there were slogans being raised in favour of Shia Iraqi leader Muqtda al sadr. These slogans were being heard at that time when Saddam was being taken towards the place of hanging. After that there were collective voices that were heard saying - "Allahumma Salle Ala Mohammadin wa Aale Mohammad". These words commonly used by the Shia sect means - we send salutes for Allah, for Mohammad and for their descendents. The Iraqi government ordered for high-level enquiry of this video film and some arrests were there. But do these incidents not seem to be a part of a deep conspiracy? Can it be imagined that a person can carry his mobile camera to a sensitive place like the place of hanging? A message by this video film is being very clearly conveyed that the Shia people were celebrating when Saddam was being insulted and hanged. Saddam was seeing reading Kalma in this video. Such acts are truly horrible as Saddam couldn't complete his Kalma before he was hanged. Undoubtedly this incident was shown only to incite the Sunni people. Mercifully, Muslims across the world saw through the American ploy to drive a wedge among Muslims. As a result there was harmony during Hajj and no Shia-Sunni riots in any part of the world. It was being hoped that Iraq would face a civil war-like scenario after the hanging. But only routine incidents happened and nothing happened that could be called as the result of revenge.
